Description
Our wine tourism experience includes a guided tour of the cellar and a tasting of Terre Rosse Vallania wines.
The cost is €25 per person and it includes:
- Guided tour of the winery with an explanation of the production process and our philosophy.
- Tasting on a panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards (or indoor tasting room as an alternative).
- The tasting includes 4 wines:
- Perditempo Bianco – Chardonnay DOC
- Perditempo Frizzante – Pignoletto DOC
- Malagò – Pignoletto Superiore DOCG
- Perditempo Rosso – Merlot DOC
- The wines will be paired with a plate including local products:
- mortadella (large Italian sausage typical form Bologna)
- salame with Pignoletto Wine
- “Tigelle di Nonna Carolina”
- Parmigiano Reggiano
